Policy

We thank you for your continued business and support. While at The Rockspace we ask that you respect some important rules.

Please pay before you play
24 hour cancellation notice is required; otherwise you will be charged the full session price
Specific rooms may be requested but are not guaranteed
Set up and breakdown is within your booked time. Please allow yourself enough time to breakdown your gear so that the next band may start at its scheduled time
No bass or guitar allowed through the PA. Acoustic guitar and keyboard are ok.
You are responsible for any costs due to misuse of Rockspace equipment. In order to prevent this from happening, please ask staff for assistance in using any of our gear.
No smoking is allowed inside the rehearsal rooms and common areas, or directly in front of the front door as per City By-laws
You may lose your slot if you do not call to let us know you are arriving late
Avoid using excessive volume that may damage equipment
No food or drinks allowed on the equipment
Drummers, please assemble the drum kit back to the way it was
Do not over-tighten drum hardware and stands
Please return any rented amps to the hallway
Please return any borrowed items to the office
Please clean up after yourself
Please recycle in the bins provided
